Driven by a passion for protecting what matters most, Devron Dickens Jr. established New Clarity Insurance Group to bring a fresh perspective to the industry. Growing up in Baltimore, MD, Devron learned the importance of community and resilience values that would later become the cornerstones of his business philosophy.

After receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Lincoln University, PA, Devron spent over five years navigating the complexities of Corporate America. This experience gave him a masterclass in financial strategy, but also revealed a common frustration people felt lost when it came to their insurance and financial choices.

As CEO of New Clarity, Devron uses that insider knowledge to cut through the jargon.
